Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our handmade products. Due to the unique nature of our items, we do not allow returns. Instead, we offer store credits for exchanges.

Shipping Times: 

For handmade pieces, each piece is made upon your order. This process takes 1-2 weeks. Once finalised standard shipping is 5-7 days and express 2-3 days. We love to accomodate any specific requests you have please reach out.  

Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

- Items must be unused and in their original condition.

- Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Store Credits:

- Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance.

- Store credits can be used towards any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged or credited.
